In fact I thought it already was 5 until I tried to hop into an Ishtar and found otherwise. But when I finally went ahead and got it over with, it was because of the Vigilant. But then there are others that should be all or nothing since its fairly easy to notice the difference. Recon ships is one, logistics is another.
